Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You need to ensure that the item is unworn, unused, has a full hangtag, is odor free, and is fully packaged. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, the system will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send back items that have not been approved for return, as returns that do not meet the above return requirements will not be processed.

Merchandise issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. And provide a photo of the outer box of the parcel - a photo of the details of the contents - a photo of the clear waybill, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Returns are not supported for special types of items, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us in advance.
Unfortunately, we do not support any return processing for special-order items and gift cards at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, purchase it separately for the new item.
EU 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to request a cancellation or return of your order within 14 days, for whatever reason, and without stating a reason. As stated above, your items need to be unworn, unused, have full tags, be odor free, and be fully packaged. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will follow the steps to refund you if we receive the goods and check that they are correct, and the money will be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 10 working days. If there is a successful refund after more than 15 working days the money still has not arrived, please contact us at whoosis2018@163.com.
